The house is ideal for two or three couples ( 6 persons)who want tranquility, direct access to the sea, while having the possibility to explore the island’s  history ( archeological museum, ancient  temple ruins, ancient footpaths ) , hidden beaches and rich nature ( royal oak  forest ).

The house is walking distance from the pebble  beaches of the bay and a dive away from the crystal blue waters  just down under the house beautiful flat rocks.

TOP HOUSE (upper level  63 sqm) plus veranda of 100sqm.

From the entrance can be found the charming and stylish living room opening on the terrace and its breathtaking view on the Aegean!! Also 2 beadrooms,1 bathroom,2 corner  white sofas, fireplace, dining table,1 master king size bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower fully equipped kitchen (oven – refrigerator ) plus dishwasher.

OUTDOORS

Consisting of: Large shaded   area – terrace   with an amazing sea view (facing the sunlight all day). 1 external shower, barbeque with shaded area and large dining table.  Large stone sofas with comfortable white pillows. Private access to the sea (25 steps from the house).

BOTTOM HOUSE (of 50sqm) plus veranda of 100sqm.

This beautiful house has entrance also from the side with a cozy living room, 2 corner stone sofas with very comfortable white pillows, dining table, fully equipped kitchen( oven – refrigerator ) plus laundry mashine,1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bathroom with shower .

OUTDOORS

Consisting of: Lovely large terrace with an amazing sea view (facing the sunlight all day) and direct access to the private beach, 1 large stone sofa for 8 people with comfortable white pillows, one large umbrella for 6 people,1 external shower .

Both Houses   in one, joined with stone steps, as you can see, are tastefully decorated in the Aegean sea colors, with well chosen pieces of Art, as well as antique lamp shades from the Cycladic Islands.

About the organized sandy beaches of koundouros.

With 10 minutes walk you can get to the sandy beaches of Koundouros   with umbrellas, water sports activities, beach bar, restaurant.The small  tavernas  are a few minutes away by car or 15 minutes walking .

Financial requirements for rentals

HIGH SEASON (JULY & AUGUST):               :450€ /per day

MIDDLE SEASON (JUNE & SEPTEMBER)   :350€/ per day

LOW SEASON (APRIL & MAY)                      :300€/ per day

OCTOBER                                                           :250€/ per day

Cleaning facilities once a week, availability for every day with extra charge to the clients as well as a cook available upon request with extra charge.
