The company is currently the main representative of an international fund based in Abu Dhabi, whose membership includes investors mostly from the United Arab Emirates who are interested in purchasing touristic properties (luxurious hotels of 600-800 rooms, resorts, of high-value in touristic and residential areas) located in popular cosmopolitan islands (Rhodes, Crete, Cyclades, Ionian Islands) as well as in the Greek mainland (Peloponnese, Chalkidiki, Messenia).
